The Gallery 30 editor: a filmstrip of Lisbon pictures on the left, a page of three tiled doorways in the center with one slot selected, the slot inspector on the right, and the numbered page strip along the bottom.
The same book in the phone reader: a yellow Lisbon tram filling the page, with a page counter at the bottom.

  • Offline editing

Nothing is copied or uploaded while you design.

  • Your link

You supply the R2 URL. Books go there, nowhere else.

  • No tracking

No analytics or telemetry. Nothing phones home.

  • Keys stay local

Credentials never go in the book or the repo.

How it works

Folder in, link out.

  1. Open a folder

JPEG, PNG or HEIC. Nothing is imported.

  2. Lay out pages

80+ layouts, text and a phone preview.

  3. Publish

One click sends it to your R2 bucket.

The Layouts tab filtered to three-photo layouts such as Hero over two and Tall left plus two, beside the page they apply to.

The reader

The reader drawer open over the page, with Like, Share page and Collection buttons and thumbnails of the three shots on that page.

Questions

Are my photos uploaded anywhere?

Only when you publish, and only to your own Cloudflare R2 bucket. There is no Gallery 30 server.

What does it cost?

Nothing. The app is MIT licensed, and hosting a few books fits the free tiers of Cloudflare R2 and Vercel.

What do I need to publish?

A Cloudflare R2 bucket and a static host such as Vercel. Designing books needs no account at all.

Which platforms does it run on?

macOS today. Linux and Windows builds are untested, and you build from source for now.

Is the site password secure?

No. It is a soft gate that keeps casual visitors out, not real access control.
